Provide your order number, the item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return. We will respond with return instructions and the return address.
If the item is defective or sent in error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For returns due to change-of-mind, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
A 10% handling fee applies only to change-of-mind returns to cover restocking. No fee is charged for defective or incorrect items
